II. Sponsorship Program
This contest will be conducted in the spring of 2014. Invitations to participate, launching of the contest, requests for voting and announcement of winners will occur over approximately two months. During this time there are a variety of opportunities to get your company noticed through a sponsorship. Incidentally, this is NOT a revenue maker for us.
We guarantee that 100% of your sponsorship funds will be used for promotion, award design, medals and event-specific expenses. Specific sponsorship levels are listed below:
1. Naming Rights sponsor (1): This exclusive sponsor is entitled to naming rights and logo placement on the award medals. This level of sponsorship also includes logo placement on all marketing and promotional materials. The company will also be mentioned in all media releases.
Sponsorship fee: US$10,000
2. Gold Sponsor (No more than 3): All gold sponsors’ company logos will appear on all promotional materials and media channels.
Sponsorship fee: US$3,000
Deadline for sponsorship applications is 2/15/2014.
